Costs

Tuition fees are currently € 120.00 per semester. In addition, there may be expenses for books, teaching materials, photocopies and travel costs.

Unfortunately, the tuition fees of the Study Program for Seniors are dependent on university policy decisions. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that the fees will remain stable for two and a half years. However, previous increases have always been moderate.

Since the Study Program for Seniors is not a regular program, the tuition fees are reduced by the social contributions that are obligatory for regular young students. For this reason, however, the semester ticket of the VRR (Verkehrsverbund Rhein Ruhr) is not available for senior students.
